In the past decade or so, we have experienced a Cambrian explosion of health data. Apple watch, Whoop, Oura rings and other devices give us a ton of new info on how our bodies are doing. On top of this, there have been scores of advances in medical science and a multitude of potential lifestyle changes that could allow us to live happier and healthier lives. You would think this would be something to speak with your primary care doctor about. However very few primary care doctors are willing to analyze this data or follow this research closely, let alone weigh in on how it can help you. For now, you are going to have to do this yourself, as we have, for the past few years. We started Shaper to make it easier for people to find this research, interpret it, and stay up to date on new studies and health breakthroughs.
